Get to know Grace Connelly
Grace Connelly is a Mental Golf Type Certified Coach based in Texas and accomplished collegiate golfer with a passion for helping players build confidence and compete at their best. She began her collegiate career at Seminole State College of Florida, where she was part of two NJCAA National Championship teams in 2021 and 2022, before transferring to Lamar University.
In 2020, during her freshman year, Grace discovered Mental Golf Type while dealing with performance anxiety. Applying the system to her own game helped her transform her mindset and performance—culminating in her being named Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year in 2023.
Grace currently serves as the Player Development Coach and Instructor at The Club at Falcon Point in Katy, Texas, where she works with golfers of all levels—from beginners and high school varsity players to college commits and club members. Her coaching blends technical instruction with mental game development, helping players understand how to compete using their strengths.
Starting in August 2025, Grace will take on a new role as Assistant Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams at Prairie View A&M University, where she will continue to integrate MGT principles into competitive college golf.
