 Mental Golf Type® – Product Purchase Agreement

 

By purchasing any product from Mental Golf Type®, LLC (“MGT”), including but not limited to Level 1 Core Concepts, Shot Process, Mental Fitness, and Self-Talk programs (collectively referred to as “Products”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Access and Scope

Your purchase grants you online-only access to the selected MGT product(s) via a secure member portal. Products are not downloadable and must be accessed through a compatible web browser, app, or smartphone.

This agreement applies to:

  • Online access to the selected MGT product(s)
  • Educational video lessons, frameworks, and exercises
  • Any bonus materials delivered digitally through the platform

These products are designed for individual use and do not include personal coaching unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Mental Golf Type®, LLC. By completing your purchase, you authorize MGT to process full payment or any selected payment plan. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.

3. Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, personal-use license to access and apply the Mental Golf Type® materials for your own golf performance and mental development.

You agree to use the content solely for your individual benefit. You may not:

  • Download, copy, or reproduce any portion of the content
  • Share, transfer, or allow access to your account by others
  • Modify, resell, redistribute, or republish any part of the program
  • Alter or rebrand any Mental Golf Type® material in any form

All content is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Mental Golf Type®, LLC.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials including videos, graphics, frameworks, exercises, and branding are the intellectual property of Mental Golf Type®, LLC. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. No Shipping

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods will be shipped. Access is provided online only.

6. Taxes and International Orders

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. International customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, GST, customs duties, or local taxes required by their country.

7. No Performance Guarantees

Mental Golf Type® products are educational tools. Results may vary based on effort and application. No specific performance outcomes are guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mental Golf Type®, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from use of its products. All usage is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the Participant.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. International customers acknowledge that any disputes shall be handled under U.S. jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
